Wikis

My point of view regarding wikis is kind of indifferent.....it has both positive and negative points. It will be wonderful for say meetings at different locations. It's great for editing an to getting different opinions....but then there's the fact that anyone can edit.......therefore it could be untrustworthy!

library 2.0 & web 2.0

My thoughts on a temporary place and time was very interesting regarding the different points of libraries and webs. I really liked that way they pointed out the different uses of libraries!

I find the library things to be very interesting! I am glad that I am able to add to my books. I have a truckload of books that I can add later!

The comic strip generator, however, did interest me, because I was able to express myself regarding the blog exercises. The choices were really cool as well. Besides the postcards....this was my favorite!

I searched technorati and found that some of the topics were somewhat interesting, but no dyer information. What is interesting is the contradiction of "Mickey D's and Nicki D's....I would love to see the outcome of that controversy. I would love to hear some feedback on that topic!

RSS FEEDS

The RSS was kind of difficult at first, but the choices to me were good. I am still in limbo as to how all this information will be relative to me. I anticipate the outcome of this assignment. Bloglines are not the usable from my point of view. There are great topics, but really not a lot of subtitles.

Technology

Technology today is in specific need of supply and demand. We simply find it hard to live without. Technology is a logic functioning process. With new and upcoming electronics from viewing of DVD's to the listening of mp3's, from home theatres to blu-rays. Technology is a definite source of news on the industry. It can be utilized in education, medicine, etc.

I think flicker is GREAT! I will definitely use flicker to upload photos; it is such an experience. I just love the idea of having a truckload of pictures to choose from. I would like to use it to catalog my photos....I'm sure that there are different categories to choose from. To me flicker is not difficult at all.
